Why do you offer coaching to Women and Non-Binary Entrepreneurs?
My own trials and errors offered me insight into the gap in mentorship and guidance for those striking out on their own. I seek to bridge the rift between healing the psyche and manifesting a sustainable career.
My practice is steeped in social justice: “feminine labor," domestic labor, and the labor of care is undervalued. Money should be an indicator of effort and its value to society. I believe in radical models of business which may, or may not scale, and see great value in the innovators refusing to “fit” within societal norms.
I affirm the belief that a nourishing professional existence is vital to the health of the individual and has the capacity to impact their whole community.
What are your fees?My current fees slide from $333-260/50 minute session, $455-350/80 minute session. Group fees for street-based sex workers slide from $70-200/50 minute sessions, with further scholarship available for trans/gnc/black and brown people. Group fees for PROS professional development groups operate on a monthly subscription, renewed the forth week of every month. 1-1 work is done by phone and sometimes by video, allowing for walking sessions if desired. Dyad and group work is typically by video.
How does meeting with you work?To begin, six consecutive weekly sessions over phone, video, or in person create a solid foundation of mutual trust and a framework for your goals. This is an opportunity for us to set incremental, achievable goals. From there, I offer weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly appointments to help support accountability to your goals. If work takes you on the road, our coaching stays consistent with phone and/or video contact. Where appropriate I will offer referrals for your business needs.
With active participation, in, and outside of our time together this work will identify your non-negotiable needs, and the values by which you wish to create your ideal career and lifestyle.
